harlow represents the ceramic work of artists Ashley Perez and Jim Sweeney. Through our Designer Trade Program, we collaborate with interior designers, art consultants, architects, and hospitality professionals seeking sculptural ceramic work for residential and commercial projects.
Our program offers trade pricing, early access to new releases, and commission collaboration within the distinct language of each artist’s practice.

7-Day Approval Window
Ready-to-ship pieces may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the purchaser. Commissioned work sales are final.

Consultation available upon request to discuss materiality, process, and placement.

While we aim to stay close to prior works in palette and general form when requested, each piece remains one-of-a-kind due to our handbuilt process and surface techniques.

Who qualifies for the Designer Trade Program?
We welcome applications from interior designers, art consultants, architects, hospitality professionals, and other licensed design businesses purchasing for client projects.
How do I receive trade pricing?
Once approved, your account will be tagged for trade access. Instructions for placing orders at trade pricing will be provided in your approval email.
Does the trade discount apply to all work?
The 20% trade discount applies to ready-to-ship work. Commissioned work is priced individually based on scope and scale.
Can I request additional photos or video before purchasing?
Yes. We are happy to provide additional images, detail shots, or video to assist in placement decisions prior to shipment.
Do you offer approval on shipped pieces?
Yes. Trade partners may return ready-to-ship pieces within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the purchaser. Commissioned work sales are final.
What's your commission process?
After reviewing project scope, we confirm feasibility and timeline in writing. Once confirmed, a 50% non-refundable deposit secures your commission slot, with the balance due prior to shipment.
Can commissions replicate previous pieces exactly?
We can work closely within the language of an existing piece, particularly in palette and general form. Due to our handbuilt process and firing variation, exact replication is not guaranteed.
How long do commissions take?
Most commissions are completed within 8–12 weeks. Larger or more complex projects may require additional time. Timeline is always confirmed before deposit is requested.
